The online reservation system, which will open on March 16th, 2010, allows you to search for hotels by star rating and area. Additionally you can view a map showing the location of the hotel in relation to Amsterdam RAI and find detailed information about each hotel. For group bookings and tailor-made advice you should contact the RAI Hotel & Travel Service by e-mail.
Discounted room rates at the official hotels will be available following the launch of the on-line reservation pages on this website on March 16th, 2010.

RESERVATION RULES
Hotel reservations can only be made on-line to enjoy the meeting discounts. Individual bookings up to 10 persons are possible on-line; for larger group bookings contact the Amsterdam RAI Hotel & Travel Service by e-mail. Through this way the discounts are also available for you.
Reservation and cancellation policies for individual and group reservations of the RAI Hotel & Travel Service will be available on the hotel reservation page as from March 16th, 2010.
