Please note that the online registration is closed. As of now registration is only possible during the conference:
Sunday September 19, as of 16.00 at the Muziekgebouw aan ‘t IJ
Monday, September 20, as of 7.00 at the RAI Convention Center

Registration fees

All mentioned prices are including 19% VAT.

Please note that only full conference tickets are available and no day tickets. Students who want to register need an official approval form signed by their institution. Students can only be registered till 8th June.

The registration fee covers the following:

• Admission to all sessions, the poster- and exhibition area;
• Conference documentation;
• Coffee, tea and lunch during the session breaks;
• Welcome Reception on Sunday 19th September 2010 from 18:00 – 21:00 hours;
• Networking Reception on Monday 20th September 2010 from 18:30 – 21:00 hours;
• Conference Dinner on Wednesday 22nd September 2010 from 19:00 – 24:00 hours;
• Public Transportation ticket for the city of Amsterdam.

Accompanying person

The fee for an accompanying person is € 250 (including 19% VAT).

This accompanying person registration fee covers the following:

• Welcome Reception on Sunday 19th September 2010 from 18:00 – 21:00 hours;
• Networking Reception on Monday 20th September 2010 from 18:30 – 21:00 hours;
• Conference Dinner on Wednesday 22nd September 2010 from 19:00 – 24:00 hours;
• Public Transportation ticket for the city of Amsterdam;
• No admission to sessions.

Registration fees, in € (Euro), should be paid by:

Confirmation of registration

After you have registered via the website, you will receive a written confirmation by e-mail. Registrations received by the Conference Secretariat after 15 September 2010 will not be confirmed in writing. This does not mean that you are not registered. Please bring the proof of payment of your registration fee with you when you travel to Amsterdam.

Cancellations and refunds

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing of cancellation of registration: before 15th August 2010, payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of € 75. No refunds are possible after 15th August 2010. Refunds will be made after the conference.

Travel, visa and letter of invitation

Please check with the Dutch Embassy concerning your visa regulations when making travel arrangements.

The Conference Secretariat will send letters of invitation only to registered participants upon request. It should be understood that this letter is only to help delegates to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa and is not a commitment on the part of the organisers to provide any financial support. Applications for a letter of invitation should be received by the Conference Secretariat before 15 August 2010. The secretariat will NOT be able to send you a letter of invitation by fax or e-mail. Please take this into consideration. Applications received after 15 August 2010 will not be dealt with.
